Seeking Legal Aid! At, Geo Re-Entry Services

The Adventures Of The Count Of Monte Crypto

Seeking Legal Aid! At, Geo Re-Entry Services

During and since my 1st stay from March of 2020 until September of 2020 I knew the behavior of the staff and its “guests” was unacceptable. But still being under the supervision of the Bureau of Prisons and due to the fact I was not being allowed to leave the GEO Re-Entry Services premises for any reason my options were limited. One time during my 1st stay I did sit down and start writing a letter to the Bureau of Prisons. After several pages I decided against it thinking that GEO Re-Entry Services would retaliate against me for seeking legal counsel as they had and have done since. After the 7-12-21 incident where Michelle Daniel berated, mocked, and belittled me before “writing me up” I decided to actively search for legal assistance for the abuses that would frequently happen to me while inside the GEO Re-Entry Services facility and sometimes out in the community by the GEO Re-Entry Services staff and “guests.” I have attempted to speak with the federal public defender I was assigned during my court proceedings on several different occasions. But due to the Corona virus epidemic most people are still working remotely from home so I was not able to get in contact with her on a consistent basis. Ihave attempted to contact her via telephone from the phone that was located at the monitors station in the front lobby of the GEO Re-Entry Services facility. Each time that I did several “guests” and GEO Re-Entry Services staff would stand a few feet away from me or pick up one of the other phones in the facility and listen to what I was saying. Although most times I would only be able to reach the voicemail of the federal public defender one of the few times I did manage to speak with her on the phone about 5 minutes into the conversation the phone I was using at the monitors station inexplicably hung up while she was still talking. About a week or so later I called back and managed to set a date and time for her and I to meet. During the conversation I tried explaining what was going on within the walls of the GEO Re-Entry Services facility but couldn’t bring myself to go in depth. The fear of reprisal was too great and even still to this day I am in constant fear of a more severe form of retaliation from either the staff of the GEO Re-Entry Services facility or the “guests” they have recruited. Nearly every time I do something they don’t approve of such as go to the library and type out this letter or work on the packets I am currently trying to finish and send they find subtle ways to retaliate against me. By the time this is completed and sent I fear an extremely severe form of retaliation from the aforementioned individuals under the GEO Re-Entry Services umbrella.

I have tried multiple times before September 2021 to seek legal counsel. However due to GEO Re-Entry Services intricate surveillance equipment and the amount of information I had to provide to leave the facility I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that GEO Re-Entry Services has contracted the entities I have attempted to visit and used the power they wield to dissuade any potential legal professionals from assisting me. The times I kept records of trying to speak with legal counsel nearly every time from September 2021 to the current date whenever I put the address for the local library the passes are denied or edited with half the time that I requested by Michelle Daniel. The email I’m currently using was created with the help of Hospitality House password and all. I have been cagey about changing the password to the email even though I have no doubt that individuals from GEO Re-Entry Services routinely keep track of the activity within the email. After what happened with the cell phone a big fear of mine is if the password is changed GEO Re-Entry Services will retaliate against me yet again by attempting to pin a new charge on me. “Don’t want us to access your email? Ok. Well, we’ll just give you new charges.” Just like the cell phone they knew that I had the phone. I asked permission for the phone to my then case manager Indira Menken. I was searched everyday coming into the facility under several visible cameras. I was monitored on the non-visible cameras placed inside of the room I was assigned. Yet once the GEO Re-Entry Services staff and its “guests” saw that I was getting job opportunities and starting to move forward they saw the grip start to slip on the micromanagement of my life and seized the cell phone. Once I said I wanted to speak with legal counsel after the 7-12-21 incident with Michelle Daniel, Maria Richards the facility director or Michelle Daniel who were in possession of the seized phone for over a month gave the phone to my probation officer which in turn resulted in my probation being violated. Whenever the cell phone I had was seized it was sent to the FBI who was the agency that arrested me. I was told that the FBI would do a thorough search of the phone to determine if anything illicit was ever accessed on the phone. So in turn GEO Re-Entry Services and those “in the know” already know the sorts of browsing behavior I had while using the phone.

On 9-28-21 when my wallet was stolen I had already tried to contact the federal public defender who represented me several times. Her number was the one inside of my wallet that was stolen along with the numbers to various civil and human rights groups. The action was intentional, yet another attempt by the GEO Re-Entry Services staff and “guests” to try and sabotage anything I have tried to accomplish. 9-29-21 at 10:49AM I was directly denied exit from the GEO Re-Entry Services facility to speak with legal aid due to Michelle Daniel not approving the DAR I had filled out. 10-12-21 I spoke with a local lawyer who told me I’m better served speaking with the federal public defender. This was after trying to contact him several times previously from the GEO Re-Entry Services phone at the monitors station. (Perhaps another sabotage attempt by GEO Re-Entry Services?) 10-14-21 after being denied exit from the facility due to Michelle Daniel not approving the DAR I submitted I left a message with Liberty Law asking if I would be able to come in to their office and speak with them in person. After leaving the message I submitted a DAR to go their location the following day. 10-15-21 I was denied exit to speak with Liberty Law at 9AM 10-15-21 due to Michelle Daniel not approving the DAR I had submitted. Over the next week I decided perhaps it would be better to try speaking with human rights groups regarding my situation. 10-24-21 at 9AM I started calling the numbers I had found online. However, I only managed to reach the voicemail of the numbers I tried contacting. Later that day 10-24-21 and into 10-25-21 the phone at the monitors station stopped dialing out of the facility then was replaced with a phone with a much larger screen that clearly displayed the number being dialed and saved the previously dialed numbers into the phones memory. On 10-25-21 at 11AM while attempting to go to the Concentra physical therapy appointment I had scheduled I was met outside by my probation officer who searched me asking if I had a cell phone in my possession then after confirming that I didn’t told me that Michelle Daniel does not want me having access to the internet or being allowed to go to the library. Although the demand was vetoed by my probation officer Michelle Daniel and the GEO Re-Entry Services staff was undeterred and continually refused to approve the DAR’s that I submitted.

The court ordered counseling I have is split into two separate sections but under the same umbrella and roof. I have an individual therapist who I see every other week. Then I have a group counseling which is comprised of individuals that are currently or former GEO Re-Entry Services residents. One of the individuals in the group counselling sessions is none other than Kelvin my former roommate. One of the assignments for the group is to write out essentially a confession of any alleged previous crimes and read them aloud to the group. “This assignment provides you the opportunity to tell your personal life story. An autobiography of your life from early childhood to the present time. The purpose of this assignment is to help us to get to know you better, including your strengths and prior challenges. (sic)…please write about your life. There are no right or wrong answers. You may want to include information about: Childhood and family; relationships with friends and family; romantic and intimate relationships; sexual history; substance use history; legal history, hobbies, interests, and leisure activities, and anything else you think would help us to understand you better.”

After my privacy and rights were trampled on by my locker being broken into and ransacked on 10-28-21 with no explanation of why or by who I attempted to contact the ACLU. I tried to avoid being intimidated by the GEO Re-Entry Services staff and its “guests” by starting to place the calls from the phones at Restaurant Depot when I was still an employee there. That didn’t help much either as they would also sit and listen in to the conversations when placed from the office phones or whenever I called from a phone in the produce department other phones in the store would get picked up by individuals during the length of my conversations. On 11-2-21 I spoke with a representative at the ACLU office at 2PM. After that day my supervisor Cindy would balk whenever I would ask to use the phone. Same as Cindy did when I was asking for my paycheck the day I ended up injuring myself on 9-4-21 Cindy would tell me she didn’t think the phone I was asking to use didn’t work or just flat out refuse to let me use the store phone. 11-3-21 at 9:10AM Michelle Daniel told me she would no longer approve any further passes for work at either Restaurant Depot or The Chase Center. Later that day on 11-3-21 I sent an email with a few pages of documents related to my situation as well as a brief summary of my legal issues. As I was becoming more motivated to try and seek legal counsel the situation within the GEO Re-Entry Services facility and Restaurant Depot got progressively worse. On 11-8-21 I placed several calls attempting to find a lawyer to speak with. But much to the glee of the “guests” and GEO Re-Entry Services staff who were monitoring the calls I was unsuccessful. Every time GEO Re-Entry Services did allow me to leave the GEO Re-Entry Services facility to speak with legal counsel I got the feeling that they already knew what happened because whenever I would return dejected the “guests” and GEO Re-Entry Services staff would have a look of triumph whenever I came back to the facility unsuccessful.

Currently I have been working on several packets of documents relating to this issue which is currently over 175 pages. Due to the illegal monitoring system within the GEO Re-Entry Services facility they’ve been tracking my progress and attempting to hinder any attempts to finish compiling the information I have. More than once documents I had would come up missing when I would leave them unattended to the point I started carrying 5 separate USPS priority mail envelopes filled each one filled with the 175 pages of documents with me wherever I would go to prevent any further evidence from being destroyed or stolen. Despite my probation officer and I coming to an agreement on 1-13-22 to let me out of the facility to job search and look for some form of housing before my exit from the GEO Re-Entry Services facility. Michelle Daniel refused to approve 6 different passes from 1-14-22 through 1-25-22 the day I was released from the GEO Re-Entry Services facility. Despite Michelle Daniel and the GEO Re-Entry Services staff knowing that I had no savings, income or housing Michelle Daniel and the GEO Re-Entry Services Staff up until the day I left the GEO Re-Entry Services facility would continually conspire, plot and eventually successfully sabotaged my attempts to secure any form of assistance for myself. Michelle Daniel and the GEO Re-Entry Services staff has since the day I stepped foot in the facility placed me in an impossible situation they saw would have no chance of success for me. Once I was able to begin moving forward then began the sabotage.

Around the middle of April 2022 I managed to cold call a community outreach group by the name of Root and Rebound located in Oakland. I found out about this program through cold calling various community outreach groups attempting to get assistance with housing as well as information regarding the legality of the heinous acts committed against me while a resident at two programs in San Francisco.

Before I mentioned the legal questions I was treated to gift cards that really helped me while being homeless on the streets of San Francisco. After which I did open up to one of the people who worked for the company about the abhorrent behavior exhibited towards me while in the various programs in SF. Eventually it came to feel like the gift cards as an opener was more of a bribe to "get me to talk".     I discussed at length with supporting documents my life as a whole from early 2020 until current and although I felt like I was making progress and would finally find a sense of peace regarding the situation unfortunately I never did. I was constantly asked for information regarding my current location and actions while being given false hope regarding housing.     After enough times of "playing ping pong" or "chasing my tail" I decided it was best just to let it go.     When discussing any potential legal claims against the individuals in San Francisco some assurances were made but never followed through on. At one point I was told nearly everything I had documented was circumstantial and that (Root and Rebound) could easily see how the administration in San Francisco could easily look the other way when it came to me for various reasons.

Entrapment! At, Geo Re-Entry Services

From the 1st day I stepped foot in GEO Re-Entry Services in March of 2020 I have felt there has been a clear agenda to return me to custody in some way shape or form. In the 1st room I was assigned Alberto Guillen one of my roommates suggested him and I make alcohol and place it in the ceiling above the shower. Now I’m not an assumptious person but Alberto Guillen did not strike me as an aspiring vintner so I tried to defuse the situation by laughing and reminding Alberto Guillen there is a liquor store across the street. “If you really want alcohol there’s literally hundreds of bottles at the liquor store across the street.” After that incident and after me letting Alberto Guillen know I do not drink alcohol Alberto Guillen appeared to switch gears and began trying to convince me he was an amateur tattoo artist. Alberto Guillen then keeps trying to have discussion over the best motors from various items such as cd players, boom boxes, VCR’s or DVD players that would be best to make a tattoo inking device. After not engaging Alberto Guillen said all he would need now is ink. Over the course of the next few days Alberto Guillen kept bringing handfuls of writing pens and insinuates I should help him remove the ink from them. I again remind him that he is in a major metropolitan city and could literally find hundreds of tattoo shops in the area with any materials he would need to progress his career. Undeterred the conversations began shift to the best way to “smuggle” the materials in and him trying and failing to get me to suggest ways. These conversations or lack thereof went on multiple times a day for the duration of my stay in that room. Once I did finally switch rooms to the room Matthias was in Alberto Guillen tried convincing me to fight Matthias for one reason or another. Both Matthias and Alberto Guillen worked through the GEO Re-Entry Services job developers at Civic.

Even something as simple as getting laundry done was a hassle at the GEO Re-Entry Services facility. Yes, the washer and dryer were free and they were supposed to give you laundry detergent. But after having to beg for so many things I stopped asking. Items of mine have been stolen out of the laundry room despite there being a visible camera inside of the laundry room. My clothing has also been damaged due to the settings being changed on the washer or dryer. It had gotten to the point where whenever I couldn’t wash my clothing in the shower I would sit in the laundry room for an hour and a half and wait for my clothes to finish completely. A personal record for me was 9 hours to finish a load of laundry. One of the monitors at one-point Joe kept chasing me out of the laundry room and locking the door for count. After count and begging for the door to be opened to the laundry room I would see my clothes never started. On and on for the next 9 hours. I started at 9AM and did not finish until after 6PM. Whenever I switched rooms and bunked with Mathias there was an awkward few weeks around July/August of 2020. Once the facility was “locked down” at 10PM I would hear the maintenance person at the time go outside and set up a ladder. From 10PM until 3AM I would hear a door to the room near mine open and close constantly then hear individuals allegedly climb out the window and down the ladder over and over all night. One night a woman walked up the ladder to the window of the room I was assigned and told me to leave the room. I was told the windows are equipped with buzzers that go off if the screen to the window is removed and in every hallway here are multiple cameras as well as multiple cameras on the 1st floor and in the outside smoking section.

Whenever Stanley Williams Senior and I were roommates for the first few months I did not have any income coming in much to his delight. He proceeded to tell me I needed to jump over the counters at stores and steal my own cigarettes. As I stated before Stanley Williams Senior had on multiple occasions tried to bait me into confrontation by saying rude and disrespectful things to me in a threatening and aggressive manner in an attempt to have me respond. Although I did not engage and I made it clear he was not going to bait me into a confrontation. In hindsight as I found out more about Civic it would have been extremely detrimental for me. A prerequisite for employment at Civic or any of the jobs facilitated through GEO Re-Entry Services to get a work clearance from the Department of Homeland Security.

The women who are “guests” at GEO Re-Entry Services had in their own way significantly contributed to my constant fear inside of the GEO Re-Entry Services facility and out in the community. Back during the March 2020 through September 2020 stay one of the women who was a “guest” told me to my face “I’ll lock your a** up.” A women during the February 2,2021 through January 25,2022 stay got to a point it would qualify as stalking and police harassment. Every time I went downstairs she would be staring at her phone watching me approach via the camera system that her and all the staff and “guests” have remote access to. She would tail me out in the community as well. She would randomly appear out in the community where I was miles away from the facility and make her presence known to me. One day she went into the laundry room and took a picture of me then ran away. Finally, after months of this happening I overheard her having a conversation about me with another “guest” saying that she “just doesn’t get it all the guys that I raid say I’m bad.” Kelvin himself would also try to get negative reactions out of me from the moment I met him until the day I left GEO Re-Entry Services on 1-25-22. On 9-26-21 around 2PM he began telling me how the staff and “guests” regularly conspire against me and how they ask him to do the same. He then proceeds to tell me that apart from the visual cameras in the hallways,2nd floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor, back area, 1st floor and basement there were also cameras inside of the room. That included the bathroom and the shower. Since roughly June of 2020 I kind of had a suspicion there was. How would the guy banging on the wall know I was awake at 2 o’clock in the morning? How would someone in the smoking area know I was silently sobbing? Why would Stanley Williams Senior open the restroom door when I was sitting down using the restroom and not be surprised I was in there? How would the guests know I was sitting on the stairs with all my belongings? How else would things I have said quietly to myself when no one was around at 1AM be repeated verbatim by staff and “guests”? In a way it really made sense when have a facility where they attempt to simulate a mimicked “prison environment” in a contained setting that you would have precautions in place to keep the staff and “guests” safe from the ACTUAL felons inside of the facility.

Lack Of Health and Safety! At, Geo Re-Entry Services

The Adventures Of The Count Of Monte Crypto

Lack Of Health and Safety! At, Geo Re-Entry Services

When I entered the facility initially it was the beginning of the global shutdown due to the corona virus epidemic. However even due to the stay at home order aimed at stopping the spread of the virus I was kept in close proximity with individuals who worked sanitation and or with the homeless population daily. At one point during my 1st stay from March 2020 through September 2020 in the 1st room I was assigned (with Alberto Guillen) the shower in that room had water (toilet or shower) dripping from the ceiling into the shower I was using. Which had gotten onto my body more than once when I was showering in there. From March 2020 through September 2020 I was assigned daily unpaid labor that usually involved me cleaning the 1st floor of the facility such as the laundry room, dining room, common area or the front lobby with little to no PPE. I was once forced out of bed at 6:30AM by one of the case managers who told me after waking me up “you need to get up my nig.” To begin cleaning the facility. For free. During the height of the pandemic. With only rubber gloves and a spray bottle. No mask.

Per GEO Re-Entry Services policy “any resident at any time may be asked to do a chore by a staff member.” A monitor by the name of Alex Omoko took full advantage of that rule routinely. One day stands out more than most is when Alex Omoko had saw me sitting downstairs after he had walked out of one of the 1st floor restrooms. Alex Omoko made a point to rub his stomach indicating he had just finished defecating. After making awkward eye contact he instructed me to immediately clean the restroom he had just finished using. This occurred when I was still under the supervision of the Bureau of Prisons and I became worried after he started using reverse psychology that I would be remanded back into custody for failing to obey his direct order. Conversely I was disgusted by the nature of the order not to mention the smell. To my everlasting shame I ended up cleaning the restroom. I once asked Alex Omoko what was his major in college and he proudly told me psychology. In hindsight it was not hard to tell as his actions when googled fit perfectly into the psy-op category. When he did the 10PM, 12AM, 2AM or 4AM “count” he would frequently flick the light switch on and off rapidly when I was sleeping. This behavior has been mimicked by the current staff who whenever I would go into the back area of the facility to smoke a cigarette they would also rapidly flick the lights outside on and off while I was out there. Also during my 1st say (March 2020 through September 2020) when I had no income coming in my hygiene was not in its best state. One “guest” suggested that I get my hair but by another “guest” on the 4th floor. When I arrived at the room it had a sign on the door stating the room was closed and its occupants had Covid-19. The only times I was tested for Covid-19 while at the GEO Re-Entry Services facility was on 5-22-2020 and 6-2-2020. Both times the entire facility filed down the stairs at the same time with no social distancing and we were tested in the common area. After both testing days I was expected to clean the common area that night as part of my daily unpaid labor.

On 2-17-21 I scheduled and attended an appointment at South East Health Center to get a thorough STD check. Before leaving prison in March of 2020 I did the same. The test results from the prison STD check came back with zero anomalies. After the 2-17-21 STD check and from being in the GEO Re-Entry Services facility from March 2020 until September 2020 the results came back positive for Hepatitis A antibodies. After the test Dr. Shira Shavit told me she is in constant communication with the facility director Maria Richards and I can and should complete any further visits via an iPad that is available at GEO Re-Entry Services. Again I do have to stress the etiquette or lack thereof by the individuals who were assigned to the rooms I was in. Stanley Williams Senior insisted that him and I share toilet paper. Neither Stanley Williams Senior nor Kelvin felt the need to wash or sanitize their hands. Stanley Williams Senior also worked primarily with the homeless population and in sanitation. Neither Stanley Williams Senior nor Kelvin would clean the space that we shared. If I didn’t clean the shower (out of choice as I did not nor do not want to live in squalor) then it would be nearly inhumane. The toilet was a huge sticking point. It was absolutely disgusting. Unless I cleaned the toilet myself before sitting down it would be covered in urine. No person should be forced to clean up the sort of messes I had to yet if I didn’t my roommates felt it was perfectly acceptable. The day that Kelvin decided to switch rooms earlier in the day he had used the restroom and refused to flush the toilet. The entire toilet was full when I went into the restroom. It looked like an overused porta potty after a sporting event or concert. This sort of behavior Kelvin felt was perfectly acceptable and normal. (Where did these guys do time at again?) After a while I stopped cleaning and the room reached homeless encampment levels. I would keep my things as clean as possible. However, the shower began accumulating black mold which it had inside of it until the day I left the facility on 1-25-22 and I was forced to use the shower daily. On 10-20-21 after bringing items that have previously been acceptable within the facility I had a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and sanitizing wipes confiscated upon entering the facility. I tried explaining it was to clean the room I was assigned (which was empty minus me). I was told I could not have those items and that I needed to return them to Target. The next day 10-21-21 when I went to leave the facility I inquired as to the whereabouts of the items since I was told the previous day that they would be at the monitors station so that I could return them. Only to find out they had been stolen by the GEO Re-Entry Services staff. When I found the needle lodged in my shoe on 10-9-21 before I realized what it was I tried removing it with my hand. Admittedly I am not from a big city and it took me a moment to realize what it was. Whenever I did notice it was in fact a needle I started panicking because the needle scratched my skin. It took me until 10-13-21 to get over to SF General to get a HIV and Hepatitis check. On 10-19-21 I was denied exit from the GEO Re-Entry Services facility to get the results by Michelle Daniel even though I put on the DAR it was for “HIV test results.”

The Horror Show! At, Geo Re-Entry Services Part 2

The Horror Show! At, Geo Re-Entry Services

Part 2

February 2,2021-January 25,2022

Arriving back at GEO Re-Entry Services on February 2,2021 was a huge shock for me. From the beginning I was adamant about wanting/needing an unoccupied room. I was quite clear on the fact that the last time I had to stay at GEO Re-Entry Services the behavior of the occupants and staff was extremely uncomfortable for me. I was told they would work on it and put me into a separate room to be quarantined. The quarantine room was with a “guest” and was a 23-hour lock down. I was forced to stay inside the room from 12AM until 11PM for two weeks. The hour I was let out of the room was only for either laundry or to smoke a cigarette in the back of the building. The staff, seeing that was one of the few freedoms I had, began to leave the door locked and make me beg for it to be opened. Multiple times I inquired about getting an unoccupied room and even after asking the program director and getting her approval on 2-7-21 the staff refused to honor the agreement. On 2-11-21 nine days after entering the facility again I was able to finally switch rooms. I thought things may have finally taken a turn for the better in a spacious room with a cable cord if I was able to get a TV and faced towards the street instead of in the middle of the facility with only “guests” rooms facing my window where if I opened the blinds the “guests” could literally see whatever I’m doing. On 2-15-21 at roughly 12:50AM I was woken up and told I needed to leave the room I was given. “Pack your stuff and head upstairs to the 3rd floor. You'll have a roommate, someone just got back from the ER and we need this room immediately. Per GEO Re-Entry Services policy if you go to the ER even if it’s for something non-Covid related you are placed on a 2-week quarantine (which has prevented me from getting immediate medical attention in the future as I did not want to be placed under a two week 24-hour solitary confinement. Again frustrated and confused I tried asking what happened to the agreement I had for an unoccupied room. Nothing was said or done regarding that, just simply “you need to leave immediately.” When I left the facility in September of 2020 that was the end of my prison sentence. From September 2020 until roughly September 2025 I am under the supervision of the United States Probation office. After gathering my things, I went and sat on the stairs leading up to the 3rd floor at roughly 1 o’clock in the morning. I had told myself over and over before returning that I would not allow the occupants of the GEO Re-Entry Services facility to do the same thing to me they did previously. However less than a month into my stay they just picked up where they had left off. The longer I sat on the stairs weighing the pros and cons of leaving the staff and “guests” got more vocal about what I was doing. I was again openly mocked by numerous people. Deciding against leaving I grabbed my things and went to the room I was at until the end of my GEO Re-Entry Services stay.

The roommate I was assigned was Alberto Guillen one of the same roommates I had during the 1st stay at GEO Re-Entry Services. His story was he went to county jail for 3 months and just recently had been released back to GEO. He alleged he had a federal case and was sent to FCI Phoenix whenever I first met him. He, like everyone else at GEO Re-Entry Services, began interrogating me regarding anything and everything. An example would be I have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and he would start asking me 21 questions about it, sadly that’s only a slight exaggeration.

I tried going back to GEO Re-Entry Services prepared. Among the things I brought with me were an iPod and earplugs. This was an attempt on my part to avoid any further psychological damage caused by the occupants. The other items I brought were clothes, shoes and books. Items I thought would aid me in finally being able to start progressing forward. After a week or so of my roommate trying and failing to get under my skin with the all too familiar antics and interrogation techniques he switched rooms. Only an hour later a man named Stanley Williams Senior entered and he would be my roommate from March 2021 until August of 2021.

I knew from the beginning Stanley Williams Senior and I would not be a great fit. Within the first few days after him repeatedly undressing in front of me he removed all his clothing, stood in the middle of the room and started shouting about how he was comfortable with his sexuality. I submitted no fewer than 4 separate room change requests, none of them were honored by the GEO Re-Entry Services staff. From the 1st day until the day Stanley Williams Senior left he would repeatedly attempt to test my boundaries. After his naked rampage he started interrogating me over why I chose not to share toilet paper with him. According to him, since he and I aren’t in prison it was somehow normal behavior for him and I to share a toilet paper roll instead of us both using separate ones. Inside the room he and I were occupying there was no lock or handle on the door leading to the restroom its slide to close. When you slide the door closed it doesn’t fully close there is a gap that points towards the shower. Stanley Williams Senior has/had walked into the restroom when I was sitting down using the toilet and would sit in a chair near the door whenever I would shower.  After about two weeks or so Stanley Williams Senior gets hired through the facility at Civic in early April of 2021. Again same story “its easy work I just sit there.”

My 2nd stay at GEO Re-Entry Services I was finally able to leave the facility albeit not consistently. And even if the facility was not providing any assistance with any of the hurdles you face post incarceration or employment opportunities for actual felons I would still attempt to better myself in other ways. I started calling hospitals and dentists to make sure my body was running at an optimal state. On 4-9-21 I went to get my molars removed. After the procedure the Novocain was wearing off and I needed to get the ibuprofen the dentist prescribed. I went to the lobby and spoke with one of the only case managers available at the time, a woman named Timilehin Tope Oguhlusi (or Timi for short). Even though my face was severely swollen and she saw that I was in excruciating pain she told me she would not authorize me to get my prescription from the pharmacy. Dejected, I went back upstairs to try and sleep it off. However, the problem was quickly exacerbated when Stanley Williams Senior began to kick the bottom bunk over and over whenever I went to lay down for no apparent reason.

The room I was assigned was not near the back of the building however whenever Stanley Williams Senior would leave to go to work he would repeatedly slam his locker at 4AM. Since I returned to GEO Re-Entry Services after being at home I had most of my most treasured belongings. Things I have accumulated throughout the years and gifts from my wife. After being at the facility for two months or so I started consolidating my items and selling them to pawn shops to buy essential items for myself such as deodorant, shampoo and other hygiene products. It was not only disheartening but shameful to have to visit pawn shops to support myself. Once I did have income coming in the items I did manage to hold onto I started to notice were being damaged. Clothing I had never worn was stained, my shoes started separating, I found holes in some of my clothing, my iPod stopped charging, one of my watches had the links removed from the band thus shrinking it, my clothing would shrink after walking away from it in the laundry room due to the settings being changed, my food would run out quicker than I was consuming it, I even had a bottle of shampoo that after using it left a severe chemical burn across the front of my head. As Stanley Williams Senior spent more and more time in the facility and out in the community he began to get progressively more confident in the things he was doing. On more than one occasion he threatened me with acts of violence. “If we weren’t here I would beat your a**” or “Shut up before I knock your a** out” the most egregious was when he asked “what time do you leave the building I’m going to have someone come meet you.” These sorts of threats usually were on the heels of him trying to exert his dominance and or trying to force me to emasculate myself in some way, shape or form. An example would be one day he came back from work and said “I’ve been at work all day you need to clean up this room.” After I refused saying that he and I are both men and I refuse to clean up after a grown man the situation grew progressively more toxic. Another situation that stands out was when Stanley Williams Senior started shouting about how he read my (C-File?) and began hurling derogatory terms and assumptions about my base and charges with no basis of fact. After a few months I also started to notice I would wake up with less clothing then I went to sleep with. I had the suspicion that Stanley Williams Senior was going through the items in my locker, duffel bags and on my bunk. So I started sleeping with my wallets inside of my pocket. The pocket itself had a zipper on it yet I would wake up with some of my clothing removed, my earplugs taken out and my wallets would be lying next to my head. I again went to the staff and tried to have a discussion with them regarding Stanley Williams Senior stating that he was in the room him and I share harassing me and going through my personal belongings. My concerns were minimalized and dismissed. Nothing was done about it which in turn empowered Stanley Williams Senior further. The etiquette within the room itself was not normal by any standards. Routinely Stanley Williams Senior would use the restroom without closing the door then refuse to wash his hands and start touching communal items such as the light switches, door knobs and or lockers. One time after defecating he made a point of touching the faucet without running the water, then touching the door knob and light switches while staring at me. Again without washing his hands. I tried as hard as I could to not say anything to the man after the “I’ll knock your a** out” conversation but even then he found ways to bait me into confrontation. Towards the end of Stanley Williams Senior’s tenure at GEO Re-Entry Services during the 10PM “count” I was looking inside of my locker for something. The monitor opened the door and I just so happened to look behind me and saw Stanley Williams Senior masturbating while watching me go through my locker while I was in my pajamas. Once the door opened Stanley Williams Senior got scared and removed his hands from his genitals but for me the damage was done. Even after all the threats, theft, my items being damaged and Stanley Williams Senior sexually harassing me he was allowed to remain in the room with me. With no repercussions until the end of his tenure at GEO Re-Entry Services.

For roughly a week or so I had the room to myself. It was a welcome reprieve to wake up with all my clothing on and not to be harassed or berated on a near daily basis. That ended when the 2nd to last roommate I had was assigned to the room Stanley Williams Senior had recently left. From the 1st day Kelvin and I met (not to be confused with the case manager Kelvin Amorighoye) I tried letting him know that I had a pretty good idea what the “guests” are taught while on tenure at GEO Re-Entry Services and the sort of psychological tactics they’re told to employ to achieve the results they so desperately desire. I even went as far as to say that “I’ll be the easiest celly you ever have, I mind my business, I’m not nosy and don’t want to know about your case.” Although he agreed just as had happened with every other person I’ve met at GEO Re-Entry Services the same behaviors began to surface. Snoring obnoxiously loud the second the light goes off at night, kicking or shaking the bed to wake me up every 2 hours during “count time”, and undressing in front of me instead of going inside of the restroom. Also more of my personal items began getting damaged, stolen or seized. More times than less when Stanley Williams Senior was my roommate, whenever Kelvin and I shared a room I would wake up with my pillow on the ground, the blanket removed from my body and my clothing removed. On 10-3-21 I awoke to find my pillow was placed over my groin area, on 10-28-21 my pillow was placed between my legs while I was sleeping. I attempted to solve the noise issue during the late night hours by purchasing melatonin. I also had a health condition so it was a two-part fix. Even still I would wake up every two hours during the 10PM, 12AM, 2AM and 4AM “count times” either through the bunk kick/shake combination or with the light being turned on at 3AM when Kelvin would leave for work. As with Stanley Williams SeniorKelvin became more and more confident with the tactics he was encouraged to use as more time went by without any sort of repercussions from the GEO Re-Entry Services staff; he like all the roommates I’ve had before and after him were given free rein to continually push the proverbial envelope. One day during a fire drill he ran back upstairs, removed his pants and sat on the toilet with the door open. I had no idea he was in the room let alone the restroom and needed to use the restroom myself. Only to see him sitting on the toilet with his pants and underwear removed. On 9-30-21 I noticed my Beats headphones were damaged despite me never using them and the same day my soda was spiked with a foreign substance. On 10-1-21 my Black Cement Jordan 3’s suddenly started separating, on 10-3-21 the same pair of shoes started cracking and became further damaged even though I was not wearing the shoes at all. One of my examples of my former roommates continually pushing the envelope. On 10-9-21 another pair was further damaged and a needle was lodged into the sole of the shoe. 10-16-21 yet another pair was damaged and 11-12-21 the band on one of my watches was damaged beyond repair rendering it unwearable until its fixed. My face sponge would routinely find its way onto the floor. The streets of San Francisco are many things but clean is not a synonym anyone would use to describe them. Seeing how disgusted whenever anything of mine found its way onto the floor both Stanley Williams Senior then eventually Kelvin would both throw my belongings such as my face sponge, pillow, blanket, or clothing onto the floor whenever I was asleep. On 9-26-21 around 2PM Kelvin and I had a conversation regarding the staff. He went on to tell me that the staff does in fact conspire and plot amongst themselves sometimes with the “guests” to bait reactions out of me, harass or belittle me on a routine basis. On 10-23-21 I came back to the facility to find my locker broken into. By this time, I placed a lock with a key on the locker I was assigned yet it was damaged in a way that indicated someone tried to cut through the lock using some sort of heavy duty tools. Upon opening the locker, I saw that only three items were seized. The two chargers I used for my iPod and Beats headphones and a combination lock I had forgotten the combination to. Still to this day there has been no explanation regarding the damaged lock, seized items also no confiscation slip and the damaged lock was left on the locker at the GEO Re-Entry Services facility. (The damaged lock was left inside of GEO Re-Entry Services whenever I eventually left at 7:05AM on 1-25-22 as its federal property. I could not take the lock since it was still attached to the opening mechanism on the locker itself.) As with nearly every “guest” I have come in contact with in the GEO Re-Entry Services facility Kelvin’s story never quite matched up. On 11-8-21 at around 1:40PM I awoke to Kelvin kicking the bunk to wake me up. He then proceeds to have a loud conversation with someone discussing the fact he allegedly had been charged with a new federal crime but somehow was being allowed to stay in the community instead of being remanded back into custody. On 11-17-21 at the 10PM count he told me he decided to switch rooms. This ended his stay in the room I was assigned until the day I left the GEO Re-Entry Services facility on 1-25-22. This ended his stay in the room I’m still currently in but not the facility. From late august until 11-17-21 Kelvin was allowed to sexually harass me, damaged and steal my items just as Stanley Williams Senior did before him.

Whenever Kelvin left the gap between him and the next roommate I was assigned was not as easy. I would still wake up with my blanket removed, pillow on the floor, my earplugs and my clothing removed. There are “counts” at 10PM, 12AM, 2AM, and 4AM where the staff would open the door and inspect the room. It is my honest opinion that the staff and or other “guests” would do what my other roommates had done and touch me or my things while I was asleep. On 1-13-22 I woke up and saw a GEO Re-Entry Services staff member standing in the doorway of the room I was assigned around 2AM staring at me watching me sleep. I still took the melatonin to try and get a good night’s sleep and block out the noise of the other occupants. However, the same things kept happening on a consistent basis. Around late November of 2021 the last roommate I’ve had at GEO Re-Entry Services was assigned to the room I was in. I tried a different approach and told the man. “I’ve been here for over a year cumulatively. I’ve seen what you’re taught to do and I’d prefer if we just not talk.” He wasted no time starting in on me. First was the obnoxiously loud snoring the moment the light went off. I did what I usually did and took melatonin to help myself sleep. After an hour or so I awoke to him stomping on the top bunk and a plastic bag on my torso. Confused but upset I went downstairs to the lobby and had a brief discussion with one of the night monitors Reggie. What I said essentially was that eventually one of these people that GEO RE-Entry Services recruits and trains is going to severely hurt someone thinking it makes them look tough and that it’ll help them to further their new career. Also that I woke up and found a plastic bag on my bed which for me was a step too far. “I’m not asking you to kick him out, I'll move my stuff to an unoccupied room.” Due to Reggie’s quick actions and his level of concern about the situation my needs were immediately addressed. After confirming that I would be ok until 5AM he said he’d handle it. 5AM the man inside of the room I was in “awoke” without his shirt on and asked for me to hand it to him. It was on my bunk inside of my covers. Since that day forth I did not have any other roommates. Yet my items would still come up missing and at times my clothing would be removed, my pillow would be on the ground or my blanket would be removed from my body. However, where these sort of things were an everyday occurrence it would then only happen sporadically.

The Horror Show! At, Geo Re-Entry Services Part 1

The Adventures of The Count Of Monte Crypto

The Horror Show! At, Geo Re-Entry Services

Part 1

March 2020 through September 2020

My stay began at the end of March 2020. This stay and the subsequent next stay was and has been nothing short of terrible. The occupants of the building from the staff to the residents have routinely harassed, berated and belittled me in almost every way possible. From my first entry date in March of 2020 until September of 2020 I spent 173 days under proverbial lock and key leaving the confines of the building three times. One of the three was to clean the windows on the front of the building. From the beginning of my stay the behavior of the staff and its “guests” was what I could best describe as “suspect.” One of the case managers had told me when I asked about the occupants of the building to “just lie about your charges but do not make it too specific as that is easily verifiable.” From that day forth it was pretty much all downhill.

Believe it or not I managed to stay married throughout my prison stay. My family of course wanted to get back in contact with me as I had just been released so they and I arranged a date to have my wife and mother bring essential items for me. Food, clothing and books were the items I requested. Things I thought would make the transition from prison life back to civilian life a little easier. My wife and mother made two trips to San Francisco attempting to drop off the items they had gathered for me. The 1st attempt was unsuccessful. Upon arriving at the facility the monitors told my mother she was not authorized to drop off any items for me despite me asking repeatedly if it was allowed for her to do so. My mother lives 4 hours from San Francisco so she essentially made an 8-hour trip for absolutely no reason. On the 2nd attempt my wife decided to carry the box to the front door. In an attempt to avoid what occurred previously I called multiple times and stood in the lobby awaiting her arrival. Whenever she arrived a case manager named Jasmine instructed me to stand at the furthest point away from the door while still remaining in the lobby. She then grabbed the box from my wife and told her to leave. I was not allowed any discussion with my wife, no chance to reconnect, or embrace after such a traumatic experience in both of our lives. Watching my wife walk away I had no idea that would be the last time I would ever see her. As difficult as the GEO Re-Entry Services staff made it for them to drop off something as simple as clothing and food they decided it was best for them to wait until I was released to return. This is one of many examples of how the GEO Re-Entry Services staff has conspired, plotted and successfully used its power to isolate me and attack my mental wellbeing. This was also the first real strain placed on the relationship I have with my family that can be directly attributed to the antics of the GEO Re-Entry Services staff and its “guests.” From April 2020 until September 2020 the correspondence I had with my family was through either mail or short phone calls placed from the telephone in the front lobby of the facility. The pay phones they have installed at the time would not accept change or dial collect. So I was forced to beg the staff to use the phone at the monitor station located in the front lobby. Early in my stay, not only to avoid any potential argument with staff by begging to use the phone at the monitors station, my wife kept suggesting I let her buy me a cell phone so that she and I could have a more consistent line of communication. Per GEO Re-Entry Services policy I had to request and receive approval for any cellular device. However, after I made my initial request over the course of the next 10 weeks I had no update regarding the status of my request. Despite everyone in the facility walking around all hours of the day with cell phones glued to their hands, my request was not given the same level of priority that requests made from “guests” to staff are given. I have personally seen before and since that day incoming “guests” have cell phones upon their arrival and there being no issue with the staff for them having them in their possession. I was trying to stay on the “straight and narrow” and not circumvent any of the rules they had in place and at that time was under the supervision of the Bureau of Prisons which could have potentially remanded me back into custody for the simplest of infractions. The threat of being returned to prison has been a major deciding factor in a lot of the decisions I have made since I first entered the GEO Re-Entry Services facility. Essentially it has kept me from giving the negative reaction the GEO Re-Entry Services staff and its “guests” have tried to bait out of me. Eventually after not consistently being able to communicate with my wife and at the behest of one of the GEO Re-Entry Services “guests” who worked for Civic or Urban Alchemy and was at the same prison that I was my wife and I stopped speaking all together.

Even so my family tried to keep up with my requests for items. Trying to avoid another situation where my family would get turned away at the door, the staff at GEO Re-Entry Services suggested that my family send any further items directly to the facility through the mail. As with all too many situations at GEO Re-Entry Services it was a ploy to have something to use over me in a predatory manner. I remember quite vividly that I asked repeatedly to the point of begging for one box that was sent to me. I was told over and over that the box was “not in the back.” Frustrated and confused I tried phoning my family repeatedly to confirm the status of the box. My frustration was met with their own saying “that it says it has been delivered.” After enough times my family slowly stopped answering my calls. Still to this day there is a GEO Re-Entry Services sized hole in the relationship I have with my mother. Needless to say she was significantly less enthused about my release.

After seeing my relationship with my family deteriorate I began to understand that psychological operations or psy-ops is a tool the GEO Re-Entry Services group deploys quite frequently and teaches the “guests” who come into the facility. Anything that I have requested within the confines of the GEO Re-Entry Services facility has had some sort of psychological tactic applied to it. Anything from food to a paper towel has a training purpose for either the staff or the “guests”

psyops plural noun psy·ops | \ ˈsī-ˌäps  \  military operations usually aimed at influencing the enemy's state of mind through noncombative means (such as distribution of leaflets) It endorses a new, negative definition of the term “propaganda,” which had formerly been used in a neutral sense to refer to “Any form of communication in support of national objectives designed to influence the opinions, emotions, attitudes, or behavior of any group in order to benefit the sponsor, either directly or indirectly.” From now on, propaganda will refer only to what the enemy does: “Any form of adversary communication, especially of a biased or misleading nature, designed to influence the opinions, emotions, attitudes, or behavior of any group in order to benefit the sponsor, either directly or indirectly.” DoD acknowledges that PSYOP is limited by legal constraints, including statutes, international agreements, and national policies. Among other things, the DoD doctrine states, there is a “requirement that US PSYOP forces will not target US citizens at any time, in any location globally, or under any circumstances.”  Yet in a near contradiction, the doctrine also states that “When authorized, PSYOP forces may be used domestically to assist lead federal agencies during disaster relief and crisis management by informing the domestic population.”  Perhaps the PSYOP forces are supposed to inform the domestic population without “targeting” them. Fundamentally, psychological operations are tethered to the reality of U.S. government actions, for good or for ill.  As the new doctrine notes, “Every activity of the force has potential psychological implications that may be leveraged to influence foreign targets.” (sic) experts in mass media communication and use their unique skills to persuade, change, and influence foreign audiences. These Soldiers communicate to large audiences by various means such as newspapers, radio, television, leaflets and loudspeakers. To accomplish their missions, PSYOP core tasks provide the supported commander with the following results or capabilities: Influence foreign populations by expressing information subjectively to influence attitudes and behavior, and obtain compliance, noninterference or other desired behavioral changes. (sic) usually a military term or tactic to force a certain agenda or Narrative onto a group or individual targeted persons or populations either by spreading disinformation or half-truths into that target population environment to sway meet a certain agenda... (sic) psychological warfare is used to obtain confessions, information, surrender, or defection by breaking the morale of enemies. Sleep deprivation through the continual projection of loud, annoying music or sounds toward enemies The threat, whether real or imaginary, of the use of chemical or biological weapons, attacks or operations designed to convince the enemy that they were carried out by other nations or groups (sic) Psychological warfare techniques involve the analysis of long-term psychological strengths and weaknesses of both individuals and societies to ascertain their most vulnerable points. On an individual level, this is accomplished based on the use of Personality Psychology and Combat Psychiatry with the goal of identifying "psychological phenomena applicable to the development of psychological weapons" The 2 main questions of this research are: how individual fears can be manipulated how the stresses of psy-ops can be systematically increased psychological effects of psy-ops on the individual. 5 enemies of individual survival: pain cold hunger/thirst fatigue, boredom/loneliness By exploiting these factors, psychological warfare attempts to focus on suffering Typical psychological reaction pattern in battle apprehensive enthusiasm resignation: chronically depressed state, yet efficient execution of the "war routine" anxious apprehension: most vulnerable psychological state Characterized by the following: overwhelmed with loneliness, appetite loss, guilt, lessening of group identification, withdrawal of physical and emotional investment, refusal to fight, going AWOL”

My eventual release was compartmentalized and micromanaged by a separate section of the staff called a case manager. My case manager from March 2020 until September 2020 was a woman named Indira Menken who told me that she was only at the GEO Re-Entry Services facility 2 and a half days a week. Two full 8 hour days and roughly 4 hours on the third day. Despite having a great deal of questions regarding my release and life post incarceration I would at times go weeks without seeing or hearing from her. And the times she and I would meet she gave me the impression that it was a huge inconvenience. On more than one occasion she shouted, belittled, and emasculated me during our conversations.

The GEO Re-Entry Services facility could best be described as a renovated hotel with 4 floors and a basement. Floors 2 through 4 are “living quarters” with rooms that vary in sizes. The 1st floor is offices, common area, kitchen and the smoking section. The basement is “staff only” and has the classrooms that are mentioned in the rules. The 1st room I was assigned was a “four man” room. From the first day I stepped into GEO Re-Entry Services my mental fortitude was tested. First it was one of my roommates Alberto Guillen obnoxiously loud fake snoring, people on the 4th floor stomping on the floor (which would be the ceiling in the room I was in), blaring loud music, and or people on the phone 24 hours a day. After seeing two people at the GEO Re-Entry Services facility who worked for Civic were also at the same prison as I was I decided to leave the initial room I was assigned and requested to change rooms and “bunk up” with one of them named Matthias. The 2nd room was a “two man” room which was roughly the size of the traditional 6 by 9 solitary confinement cell. With a bunk bed and two lockers there was barely enough room to move let alone function properly, all this occurring during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Shortly after switching rooms I came to realize my stay had become instantly worse. Every day in the new room I was woken up at 5AM to the sound of the door slamming and “guests” going into the back section of the building. Matthias also had a lot of the same tendencies of my last roommates. He would snore obnoxiously loud and also kick the top bunk repeatedly to wake me up whenever I was sleeping. That’s if the monitors did not come into the room and rapidly flick the light switch on and off or shine a flashlight in my face during count. It is not uncommon for occupants in the adjacent rooms of the ones that I was assigned be it either side, above or below to stomp or drop weights on the floor (which would be the ceiling in the room I was assigned) and or scream at the person they were speaking with on the phone at all hours of the day or night. A few times a man in the room next to mine would start banging on the wall and screaming at me to go to sleep. This would occur at 2AM and at the time I would be sitting quietly by myself and not making any noise since I had no television or noise making device of any sort. After a few weeks of being in the 2nd room a woman moved into the room directly underneath mine on the 2nd floor. She would turn her TV up to what I’m guessing was the maximum volume and play Law and Order Special Victims Unit for 24 hours a day. Wireless speakers were popular inside the building at that time and the “guests” would play videos at maximum volume of people screaming or loud bangs at random times. Another tactic that was popular was the constant running of water and someone in the rooms next to mine repeating over and over “water” vocally. Time of day made no difference with these situations be it 2PM or 2AM this sort of behavior was more than acceptable and the staff encouraged the guests to use it whenever they saw fit.

The “guests” however did not just engage in psychological tactics. More than once I had my money and personal items stolen. Due to the fact that I was indigent not only during my prison sentence but also while at GEO Re-Entry Services the little bit of money I had was rendered useless since the staff refused to let me leave the premises. One of the most demeaning things I have ever had to do in my life was asking the “guests” for cigarettes either due to low funds or from being held hostage inside of GEO Re-Entry Services. One day while trying to find someone familiar that I could ask for a cigarette a woman “guest” decided it would be hilarious to start dog whistling towards me while walking outside looking for a cigarette much to the amusement of the “guests” who witnessed the incident. Again trying to avoid further embarrassment some “guests” offered to buy me items from the store as they (the “guests”) were allowed to come and go whenever they wanted to. Some of the last things my wife bought me were stolen by individuals who worked at Civic. Eventually it got to the point where I was quite literally sobbing in the room I was assigned daily. I say that with the utmost shame as I am not an overly emotional person. I saw my wife officially walk away during my 1st stay at GEO Re-Entry Services and my mother also was significantly less enthused that I had returned. When the “guests” heard (and I would later come to find out saw) that I was crying they began to hurl derogatory slurs and further verbal harassment in my direction.

Around June of 2020 I started to notice that things were a bit off inside of GEO Re-Entry Services. Keep in mind this was at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic however nearly everyone inside of the facility was allowed to leave every day of their own accord. Everyone who was allowed to leave worked at jobs facilitated through GEO Re-Entry Services such as Civic or Urban Alchemy. “The job is easy (Civic) . I just sit at a porta potty all day.” Odd I thought as it's described that didn’t and still doesn’t strike me as an essential job. When I was finally able to leave GEO Re-Entry Services in September of 2020 I was overjoyed. But before I left Indira Menken couldn’t help but give me one last parting gift. Indira Menken repeatedly told me that my release date was a certain date and time and whenever I saw her I would ask again and confirm. The day before my “release” I saw her in the evening laughing as she told me that she had no idea where I got that date from because my ACTUAL release date was more than a week away. Her and other members of staff made a point of openly mocking me as I walked away. One of the happiest moments in my life was the day I was successfully able to leave the GEO Re-Entry Services facility in September of 2020 thinking I would never return. However, three months later it was decided that I would have to return for a second stay, this one with no clear cut departure date.

The Adventures Of The Count Of Monte Crypto

In the event that something was to happen to me I want the following facts to be known, I am writing this as an account of the events that have occurred during my stay at the Geo Re-Entry Services facility in San Francisco California. The dates I was inside of the facility was from March 2020 until September 2020. I was returned to the facility on February 2,2021 and 7:05 AM on January 25,2022 I was released from the facility with no source of income, no income saved and no form of housing. In total I spent 530 cumulative days inside of the facility. After being unceremoniously released from the GEO program I spent several days living on the streets. On 2-2-2022 after exhausting my resources from 1-25-22 until 1-31-22 I spent the night sleeping on the streets of San Francisco however by 2-2-2022 I was placed in a program at the Norma Hotel where it was presented to me that I would be able to accrue some savings that will help in finding long term sustainable housing in the future. After speaking with the case manager I was assigned Daisy Gonzalez during which time I let her know about the sort of treatment that occurred to me within the GEO facility. She assigned me to a room with a person who was also at GEO the same time I was. Needless to say the situation at the Norma Hotel quickly deteriorated. The communal restroom I was forced to use was not fit for an animal to use let alone a human and after a few weeks the occupants of the building placed a padlock on the kitchen area barring me from using it. On 3-9-22 I was told by Daisy Gonzalez that I had abandoned my unit within the facility and would not be allowed to stay on the premises any longer again leaving me homeless without income nor cash on hand.  During the duration of the stay(s) at both locations I was subjected to various forms of abuse, harassment, illegal monitoring, civil and human rights violations as well as serious police misconduct. Whenever I became more outspoken about the egregious misconduct I had found myself involved in at GEO Re-Entry Services I would at times find myself forced to remain within the facility with no contact to the outside world or access to reliable information for days sometimes weeks at a time under the threat of imprisonment at a federal prison facility.

At great personal risk to myself I write reviews and a living testament of my stay in San Francisco since March 19,2020 until present. I have absolutely no doubt that I will be further retaliated against even more severely than I have been to date but I cannot and will not suffer in silence any longer.

I have tried reaching out to legal professionals regarding this information but my efforts have been repeatedly rebuffed. Essentially the people with whom this information pertains to are extremely powerful and what seems like the entire world is perfectly content with looking the other way and allowing my suffering to continue. Look no further than Mayor London Breed and the involvement with GEO Re-Entry Services as well as United Playaz who recruits individuals from GEO Re-Entry Services

I was told by two separate lawyers that

My main concern is how the tactics used against me are being used against members of the communities in which these individuals have been assigned to. If "they're" willing to go to these sort of lengths to get a reaction out of me then I honestly shudder to think what they have done to persons of interests that they've been pursuing.

I refuse to believe that repeated abuses and misuse of power is acceptable and if anything encouraged. I have essentially become a political prisoner and what seems like the entire world is now my prison.  As I stated before I have no doubts the retaliation for my actions will be severe. Be it on the streets I am now forced to sleep on or even if I were to return to prison I am sure the individuals who have made my life a walking prison cell by using the influence and power they possess will contact the overseers at any location I get sent to in an attempt to "finish what was started".  So if and when that day comes I have published the events leading up to that day as I have seen them embellishment free.

Sincerely yours,

-The Count Of Monte Crypto
